Why draw with a pencil when you can draw with accuracy of a LASER in half the time, for half the cost, but with 100% accuracy

Assuming that many projects involve extensions, or existing buildings :-

1) 2 technicians, using a laser based measuring tool or a tape, take measurements on-site, drawing the building by hand on a pad with a pencil.

2) Back at the office these hand drawn sketches have to be transfered onto the CAD system by the CAD operator

Normally if it takes 1 day to measure a property then it will take 1 day to draw it back at the office.

Compare it to what can be achieved now :-
