PowerCAD SiteMaster 3 is the perfect professional extension of your Bluetooth laser device (Hilti, Leica, Bosch). It offers comprehensive surveying and CAD functionality for anyone.

In April 2006 GiveMePower GmbH launched the 3rd generation of its surveying solutions: PowerCAD SiteMaster 3. Increasing the capabiity of Sitemaster 2 To adapt better to the users' needs from this major release on there will be three different versions of the software, for little, medium and advanced needs: Express, Classic and PRO.

PowerCAD SiteMaster 3 is an advanced surveying solution. It has been developed by GiveMePower GmbH and is distributed by GiveMePower and its world-wide partner network .

Ease of Use and Professional Results
Millions of square meters have already been measured and drawn with GiveMePower solutions. This experience has been used to optimise usage and functionality of PowerCAD SiteMaster 3.

To measure and draw with professional results is no longer limited to professional surveyors, it is now open to architects, engineers, real estate agents, facility managers, craftsmen, interior decorators and many others. PowerCAD SiteMaster 3 does not require any special knowledge of CAD or surveying.

User Interface with Icon Menus and Dialogues
Icon Menus give access to all key commands to measure and draw rooms, openings, symbols etc.

Dialogues lead the user through each step of the surveying process. Help information is available where needed. Complex situations, such as drawing non-orthogonal rooms are supported by explaining graphics.

The drawing can be checked immediately on-screen, avoiding mistakes and guaranteeing high quality.

Bluetooth Between PC and Laser Distancemeter
Computer and hand-held lasermeter are linked via a wireless Bluetooth connection. This gives the user much freedom of movement.

Surveying Specific Functions
PowerCAD SiteMaster 3 is easy to use and offers a high degree of flexibility for measuring and drawing walls, openings, columns, symbols from libraries etc. Area calculation of rooms, dimensioning, mark-up, comments, VoiceNotes and insertion of digital pictures are all integral part of the product.

Icon Menus for quick and safe operation, draw rectangular and non-rectangular walls, single or double lined, non-parallel wall lines, draw columns, recesses, chimneys, doors, windows, various dimensioning methods, create and place symbols, place radiators easily, inspection (check measured distances .), insert text blocks, VoiceNotes, digital pictures (photos) and photo links, comments, full layer support.

PowerCAD Pro is the CAD Kernel
The user can customize the user interface to his needs. Additional functions up to the complete CAD command set contained in PowerCAD Pro can be displayed and deployed. The comprehensive CAD functions of PowerCAD Pro can be used to post-process and finalize created surveys.

SiteMaster drawings can also be saved in standard file formats like DWG and DXF. This means that other CAD solutions like AutoCAD or Allplan can be used for the finish, too.

Adaptability
PowerCAD SiteMaster 3 contains many regional and country-specific options. Typical window shapes e.g. can be drawn and also adapted when necessary.

PowerCAD SiteMaster 3 is available in English and German language. More language versions (Italian, Spanish) will follow soon.

For Windows XP and Windows CE
PowerCAD SiteMaster 3 is available for both the desktop operating system Windows XP and for the mobile operating system Windows CE. This makes PowerCAD SiteMaster 3 usable on various Windows based devices, from Pocket PCs through Tablet PCs and Notebooks to Desktop PCs. (PowerCAD SiteMaster Express 3 is only available for Windows CE.)

LaZerCAD enables easy mobile graphic recording of ground plans and elevations with the help of a handheld PC or a notebook and a laser meter(Disto). The result is a drawing in DWG/DXF format, which can be used by many graphic and CAD programmes (e.g.Allplan, AutoCAD).

LaZerCAD not only controls the software but also activates the Disto from your device saving valuable time.

Calculating quick link list

Link your hand-held PC or notebook to the laser meter (DISTO). Simply activate the distance meter with LaZerCAD. Now you can let it take measurements. From now on, the programmed integrated mathematics calculate an exact and therefore cost-effective material plan.

Automatic drawing quick link list

The laser takes measurements from ANY point in the ground plan. Using 90 degree drawing or Triangulated drawing the distances can be entered directly from the DISTO or manually, the result is an automatically generated drawing.

Using technology quick link list

LaZerCAD has immediate access to the data obtained, which can then be e-mailed directly back to the office (e.g. by mobile or from the Flybook pictured here). This e-mailed DWG file becomes the basis of the future building model processed directly on the office CAD platform. If you take your laptop on site - installed with Allplan you can produce a 3D building model directly from the Disto. Dont forget to take your digital camera with you to allow you to photo then drag and drop the result directly onto your model.

With the new VRML format now readily available the possibilities are endless - the measured survey can now be e-mailed to the client and as live 3D animated walk-through.

Imagine within minutes of measuring the property your client is walking through it live on his PC back at his office.

Easy operation quick link list

Sitemaster 3 PRO (LaZerCAD) allows you easy operation with a clear and logical menu system. You can use this software quickly and effectively without any previous experience. A logically presented dialogue guides you surely through your accustomed windows environment. With the press of a button, using Bluetooth Sitemaster 3 PRO (LaZerCAD) even controls your distance meter (DISTO).
